We aim to deliver our stock within 7 days from our large range of stock. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise estimated arrival date. We have to order in the less popular items so please always allow 21 days for delivery of your order
Refund and Exchange Policy
- We will only provide a refund or replacement for an item if there is a defect in the manufacture of that item. Customers should contact us by phone or email to obtain a reference number. Items should be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with an explanation of the problem and quoting the reference number.
- No other returns will be accepted.
- We cannot provide refunds for items purchased in error.
